INTRODUCTION

1. Only individuals can enrol in to the Monthly Gold Saving (MGS) Emerald Plan and enrolment is not permissible for minor or other entities like companies, partnership or proprietorship firm.
2. An application form along with first month advance amount, valid Government ID proof like Aadhar Card, Voter ID etc & valid proof of bank details i.e. Copy of Cheque, Passbook etc must have to be submitted at the time of joining.
3. At the time of Plan enrolment, the customer will be issued a Transaction Record Book (TRB), which must be produced at the time of making payment. In which each payment made by the customer will be updated.
4. In this Plan, the customer shall get benefit of 0% Making Charge only. In addition of gold charges, the cost of stones, meena, enamles, materiel charges & all applicable taxes on prevailing market value of gold at the time of redemption, has to be be paid by the customers.
5. The Plan duration will be for 11 month (330 Days) & the purchase shall be done within next 30 days, if not done the amount will be transferred respective customers bank account without any benefit. Hence, the plan shall be closed within 360 days.

MGS EMERALD PLAN

6. You can enrol MGS Emerald Plan via 24 Karatt Legacy’s Mobile App as well (Available in Google Play store & iOS App Store)
7. Any individual may join the plan by making fixed amount (minimum amount of Rs.2000, Rs.3000 or more in multiples of Rs.1000/-) as advance payments on a monthly basis.
8. In this Plan, at the time of making each monthly payment, 22ct Hallmark Gold will be booked at the prevailing gold rate against the paid monthly advance & the same will be updated in TRB along with the date & receipt number.
9. Your Plan will commence on the date you join & will remain valid up to 11 months from the date of joining. The date of first monthly advance shall be deemed as date of joining. Upon completion of the tenure, you will be eligible to purchase gold jewellery of the accumulated weight equivalent to the advance amount paid by you.
10. On maturity, customer can avail the benefit of 0% Making Charge against all kind of Gold jewellery i.e. Indian, Italian, Kuwaiti or Rose Gold jewellery after completion of timely monthly advances of 11 months. If the purchase will be done in the first 6 months (within 180 days), no benefit on 0% Making Charge will be provided. If the purchase will be done between 7 to 11 month, 0% Making Charge benefit will be given against the cumulative Gold weight mentioned in TRB.
11. Please note, in the middle or at the end of the plan, if customer doesn’t wish buy jewellery for any reason, the total paid amount will be transferred return to customer’s bank account. Such amount shall not carry interest, bonus or any other benefits.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

12. PAN number would be required for payments or purchases of Rs.200000/- or more. Payments or purchases of 200000/- or more in connection with a single plan or together with other plans under the same transaction invoice will be accepted only by way of bank payments (Online Bank Transfer or Card Payments).
13. Discrepancies, if any, in the TRB must be brought in to the notice of 24 Karatt Legacy, at the time of entry itself and should accordingly be rectified. Discrepancies brought to the notice at the time of purchase will be accepted at the sole discretion of 24 Karatt Legacy.
14. The total advance amount of the plan must be fully redeemed against the gold jewellery. Partial closer of the plan will not be allowed. No credit note will be permitted under any circumstances.
15. The plan can not be changed or club in to any other plan of the 24 Karatt Legacy not its transferable to any other person.
16. Customer must be personally present at the time of purchase and must bring a valid id proof, TRB along with all advance payment receipts to avoid last minute confusions.
17. The monthly advance payment to be paid timely between 1st to 10th day of the month by cash/online transfer/cheque or by 24Karatt Mobile App. Receipt will be issued to customer for every advance payment made. Customer must retain TRB and all advance receipts till purchase.
18. Failing to pay continues 2 or more monthly advance payment on time, will lead to terminate the Plan & the customer will get the amount back in to his/her bank account without any benefit of the plan.
19. Loss of TRB must be intimated in writing to 24 Karatt Legacy. Upon submission of affidavit, indemnity and other documents as deemed necessary by 24 Karatt Legacy, the duplicate TRB may be issued to you.
20. Please share the screenshot on Account Team’s WhatsApp no. 9898277706 if the payment made by online mode like Gpay, PhonePe or IMPS. We will send receipt within 48 hours.
21. 24 Karatt Legacy shall not be liable for any online payment failure or on money being debited from customer’s bank account but not credited in our bank account. In such cases, the customer shall be requested to check with his/her bank or service providers.
22. The bearer of TRB or Membership Card can’t be considered as the owner of the plan. If there is any discrepancy at the time of redemption, 24 Karatt Legacy reserves the right to check the authenticity/validity of the documents and person representing for the redemption/refund.
23. In case of any change in existing laws, rules, Acts, etc. By any regulatory authority, 24 Karatt Legacy reserves its right to make such modification/chang/suspend/discontinue the plan. Any condition which are explicitly not covered above, would be the discretion of 24 Karatt Legacy. The decision of 24 Karatt Legacy in this regards would be deemed as irrevocable and final.
24. Jewellery once booked in advance can not be cancelled or exchanged after 48 hours, if done 50% making charges will be applied.
25. All disputes subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
